Welcome to EasyWay. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the EasyWay platform and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
By creating an account, making a booking, or otherwise using EasyWay, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
EasyWay is an online platform that connects travelers ("Tourists") with local guides ("Guides") in Korea. We facilitate the discovery, booking, and payment of guided tour experiences. EasyWay acts as an intermediary between Tourists and Guides. We are not a tour operator and do not directly provide tour services. Guides are independent service providers, not employees of EasyWay.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration. EasyWay reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or provide false information. Guide accounts require additional verification and approval by our admin team before tours can be listed.
All bookings are subject to guide availability and confirmation. Prices are displayed in Korean Won (KRW) and include applicable platform fees. Payments are processed securely through Toss Payments. By making a booking, you authorize EasyWay to charge the specified amount to your selected payment method. EasyWay collects a 10% platform fee from each transaction. The remaining 90% is paid to the Guide after tour completion.
Cancellation policies are as follows: - 7 or more days before the tour: 100% refund. - 3 to 6 days before the tour: 50% refund. - 0 to 2 days before the tour: no refund. - Guide-initiated cancellation: 100% refund to the Tourist. Refunds are processed to the original payment method and may take 5 to 10 business days to appear. EasyWay reserves the right to modify the cancellation policy with prior notice.
EasyWay provides the platform on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of tours listed on the platform. To the maximum extent permitted by law, EasyWay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or participation in any tour. Guides are responsible for ensuring their tours comply with all applicable laws and safety standards. Tourists participate in tours at their own risk.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of EasyWay services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Seoul, Republic of Korea. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
